After completing a Microcredential in UX Writing, I worked with DealMaker's Product team to make retail investing in the exempt market as familiar an online experience as buying shoes. Changes and revisions led to an 8% decrease in customer confusion-related service tickets.
Currently, while I'm job hunting and upskilling, I volunteer with Free Geek Toronto, making marketing and technical content that encourages technology reuse.
Previously, I was an educator with the Toronto Public Library. I developed, administrated, planned, and taught programs at neighbourhood Library branches in Etobicoke and my hometown of Scarborough (east and west inner suburbs of Toronto). Topics included web design, javascript, 3D printing and design, Figma, and Ruby for kids.
My current hobby is street photography, which gets me outside and helps me practice finding the best in things and people around me.
